France Pio Private Resort is a fully private hot spring resort located in Pansol, Calamba, Laguna. It provides a relaxing and spacious venue where families, friends, and organizations can celebrate, bond, and enjoy their stay without sharing the resort with other groups. The resort is suitable for birthdays, weddings, reunions, christenings, debuts, family outings, and team-building activities.

Two Swimming Pools — one adult pool approximately 5.5 feet deep with a slide and one kiddie pool approximately 3 feet deep.
Natural Hot Spring Water — guests can enjoy fresh and relaxing hot spring water during their stay.
Air-Conditioned Rooms — comfortable rooms with bathrooms are available for overnight accommodation.
Function and Dining Areas — spacious areas suitable for celebrations, meetings, reunions, and group activities.
Entertainment Facilities — unlimited videoke and billiards are available for guests.
Kitchen Amenities — includes a kitchen area, refrigerator, water dispenser, griller, and dining space.

1 Adult Pool, 1 Kiddie Pool, and Natural Hot Spring Water are available for guests to enjoy during their private resort booking.

Accommodation Areas

5 Air-Conditioned Rooms and an Air-Conditioned Function Hall are available for overnight stays, family gatherings, meetings, and celebrations.

Kitchen & Dining Amenities

Kitchen, Griller, Dining Area, Water Dispenser, Refrigerator, 6 Pcs. Long Tables, and 30 Pcs. Monoblock Chairs are provided for guest use.

Entertainment & Convenience

Videoke, Billiards, Free Wi-Fi, and Parking Space are included to make the private resort experience more convenient and enjoyable.

Exclusions & Additional Fees

Fees paid separately by guests on arrival (not included in the base resort rate)

Excess Guests: Additional ₱200 per excess person beyond agreed count (adults & kids).
Initial Online Payment: Choose Half Payment (50% of the computed booking total) or Full Payment through GCash via PayMongo. Approved cancellations qualify for a 20% refund of the successful PayMongo-paid amount only when requested within 72 hours of the first successful payment and before check-in starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we get the whole resort?

Yes. France Pio Resort is reserved by one group per schedule. You do not choose separate rooms, cottages, or packages.

How much is the rate?

₱18,000 per day for up to 30 guests. Each additional guest is ₱200 per day.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You choose your check-in date and time. Check-out time is automatically 22 hours after your check-in time (for example, 8:00 AM check-in → 6:00 AM check-out). Days are counted by date: same check-in and next-day check-out = 1 day.

How do I pay?

After booking, verify the OTP sent to your email, then pay through GCash via PayMongo. Choose Half Payment (50% of the computed total) or Full Payment. If you choose Half Payment, you may pay the remaining balance online later or at the resort.

Is there a deadline for the remaining balance?

Yes. You will receive reminders by email and in the app. If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline shown in your booking, the date may be released to other guests and the paid amount may be non-refundable under the payment policy.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Send a cancellation or reschedule request from "My Bookings". Approved cancellations qualify for a 20% refund of the successful PayMongo-paid amount only when requested within 72 hours of the first successful payment and before check-in starts. A reschedule keeps the same number of days and needs an available date.

Are there other fees?

Yes — see "Exclusions & Additional Fees" above. Those are paid separately on arrival and are not included in the base rate.
